We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at hello.sparkgear@yahoo.com.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and downloadable products.

Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello.sparkgear@yahoo.com.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
