Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Domestic Shipping (US) We ship to all 50 US states. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.
International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates!
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello.sparkgear@yahoo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
